
Booking Terms & Conditions
We aim to provide every client with a relaxing and professional experience. To help us manage bookings efficiently and fairly for all our clients, we kindly ask you to review the following terms and conditions before confirming your appointment.
Booking T&C
1 / Deposit policy

A 30% deposit is required to secure all treatments over £50, including packages.

The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment, with the remaining balance due on the day of your appointment.

Deposits are non-transferable between clients or services.
2 / Cancellations and rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded.

If you provide at least 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be refunded or transferred upon request.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly via phone or message.
3 / No-shows

Failure to attend your appointment without any prior notice will result in a non-refundable deposit.

Repeat no-shows may be refused future bookings.
4 / Late arrivals

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to cancel your appointment if we are unable to accommodate the delay. In this case, your deposit will not be refunded.

If you are running late, please call the salon as soon as possible.
5 / Patch test
Patch tests are required at least 24 hours before treatments such as: lash lift, eyebrow tint, eyelash tint.

New clients must contact us in advance to arrange a patch test before booking any of these services.

If a patch test is not completed in time, we reserve the right to refuse treatment on the day, and any deposit paid will not be refunded.
